When I go to conferences, convention centers and networking events, I often see salesmen giving short presentations about the advantages of their cloud CRM and ERP products. But some of them talk so well that they forget to listen. They forget that the customers aren’t there to hear the salesmen. The salesmen should instead be there for the customers.
